Meet Jamie Whitener, Boss Lady of the Books
Jamie’s the kind of bookkeeper who understands what it’s like to wear all the hats.
Before starting her bookkeeping business, Jamie spent eight years as an assistant branch manager in retail banking, where she learned to build secure procedures, keep the books spotless, and the importance of privacy and trust.
Today, she brings that same care and precision to every client she works with. She knows how overwhelming it can feel to run a business—because she’s been there too. That’s why she built a network of pros who share her commitment to accuracy, honesty, and kindness.
When Jamie isn’t helping clients clean up their books, you’ll likely find her skiing (her office closes for powder days—no exceptions) or hanging out with her mini Aussie, the office’s self-appointed Chief Entertainment Officer.

Who We Work With
We specialize in supporting small business owners who are great at what they do—but ready to get serious about their finances.
Most of our clients are just getting started or finally tackling their books after putting it off too long. They’re builders, farmers, tradespeople, and other hands-on business owners who need someone they can trust to help set up strong, simple financial systems—without the tech talk or complicated processes. They’re honest, hardworking folks who value relationships, transparency, and straight answers.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to help.
